No. Your credit card or PayPal details are not stored on Bido. Each time you make a purchase, you must initiate your payment with your preferred payment method at that time. You are not billed automatically for any purchase. If you plan on making a lot of purchases on Bido you may top up (preload) your Bido Account by wire (Bank Transfer) and make individual payments from funds on your Bido account.
